Yamato Shugenkai (Mr. Ryusei Miyamoto, the representative from Honzan shugensh? Ryuzenin) which is handled “Fugaku Ryokai Mineiri Shugyo”, conducted the first “Shikoku Ochudo” that crosses Shikoku in four days from the Pacific Ocean to the Seto Inland Sea.

We prayed at the sacred place of Ishizuchi Shrine on Mt. Ishizuchi which is the highest peak in West Japan, where mountain worship is popular.

The 160-kilometer route to Deryu Shrine in Saijo City, Ehime Prefecture, which faces the Seto Inland Sea, was completed by six of us dressed in yamabushi uniform.

In commemoration of the 10th anniversary of the Mt. Fuji “Fugaku Ryokai Mineiri Shugyo”, It was planned in 2020, but postponed due to the new coronavirus.
Finally we went at the end of May this year.
Representative Miyamoto said, “I was waiting for the opportunity to implement it.
A new line of petitions, I hope it will lead to public awareness of Mineiri asceticism and an increase in faith.”

Mr. Ryusei Miyamoto from Ryuzenin, that located in Miyakonojo, Miyazaki.
He is the Resident Minister who lead the team “Yamato Shugen-kai” , completed the 11th “Fugaku Ryokai Mineiri Shugyo” training
during 1st-4th Oct.
The first time after 2 years, we climbed to the top of Mt. Fuji and made a special prayer for the end of the new coronavirus.
Total 19 participants who are monks, priests.
As usual start from Tagono Ura Shore, Shizuoka Prefecture to the top of Mountain Fuji (altitude 3776m)
After Transfer of merit , downhill from Yoshidaguchi to Yamanashi Prefecture, Kawaguchiko Town, Lake Sho-ji.
Walked total distance of about 120 KM.
Last year, We changed the course due to the new coronavirus disaster.
Turn back at Murayamaguchi, walked around the “west road”,passed through Shiraitono waterfalls and Hitoana-Sengen Shrine and walked to Lake Sho-ji.
This year we followed the original course. Due to the close down of hut at the 6th Station, The 2nd day, after climbing to the 5th station,
we took the car to hostel. The 3rd day 2:00 am before dawn, we returned by car to the 5th station and resumed.

The “Yamato Shugendo”, headquartered in Ryuzenin, that located in Miyakonojo, Miyazaki.
Start from Fuji city and enter the peak of Mt. Fuji [Fugaku Ryokai Mineiri Shugyo] training was completed.
The yamabushi team departed from the Suzukawa coast of the city, same as last year, prayed for the end of the new coronavirus and extinction of the plague.
Ryuzenin full of the experience of Mt. Fuji Shugendo, which is the branch temple of Shogoin-Monzeki.
The 11th “Fugaku Ryokai Mineiri Shugyo” training, participated by 19 people from all over the country.
Entered Mt. Fuji from Murayama in Fujinomiya City, passed through Kengamine, and arrived at Lake Shoji in Yamanashi Prefecture.
The ablutions by seawater at Tagono Ura Shore, we prayed for the safe trip at Fujizuka.
At the Yoshiwara Shopping street , yamabushi team took the steps and going forward watched over by passersby and guests .
At the entrance of each shops, we used a scepter to rub the backs of the owners , offered faith-healing and pray for the prosperity of their business.
Mr. Ryusei Miyamoto, the chief pries said, “I want to pray for the well-being of many people.”

Through the forest of Aoki-ga-hara and reached the Lake Sho-ji in Yamanashi Prefecture, total distance about 120 KM.
It is said to be the best training in Japan in terms of height difference and distance.
Representative, Mr. Miyamoto started alone and now, in addition of priests, religious monks of the Honzan-shugensh? , Tendai and Shingon sect were participated.
Near the summit, we prayed in front of Fudo Myoo for the end of the new coronavirus and extinction of the plague and special memorial services.
Mt. Fuji was closed last year due to the new coronavirus, we worshipped around the base with main members only.
This year, was held the first time in two years.

19 participants from all over the country, including Dent? daisendatsu ajari, Mr. Miyamoto, the representative.
Depart from Tagono Ura Shore, aim for Lake Sho-ji in Yamanashi prefecture in 4 days 3 night.
Visited various places while worshiping Mt. Fuji, we pray for the end of new coronavirus and the peace of mind and body.
Last year, the route was changed due to the influence of new coronavirus
This year, as usual we a imed for Lake Sho-ji via the summit of Mt. Fuji.
On the 1st day, ablutions by seawater at Tagono Ura Shore and started the journey.
We received the welcome of Fujizuka (Suzukawanishicho) Members of the Suzukawa Management Committee and the local residents,
we prayed together for the end of plague.
In the Yoshihara shopping district, we prayed and offered blessing to the shop owners and their family members with good health and business prosperity.
In Hiyoshi-sengen shrine, We prayed for the extinction of the plague.
Mr. Yoshimoto Uchida who is swordsmith, votived by treasure sword seriously .
At Koho Temple Dainichido (Fujinomiya City), we held special prayers and special memorial services that requested from all over the country.
On the 2nd day, we walked from Murayama in Fujinomiya City to the 5th station of Mt. fuji, aim to reach the summit before dawn.
Downhill from the Yamanashi side and arrived at Shojin Lake via Aokigahara Jukai.
Representative, Mr. Miyamoto said 「We were able archieved the 11th time, deeply appreciated of the support from the local people.
In order to express my gratitude to everyone, I would like to continue my training from next year onwards. 」
